The Berry Islands and some parts of the northern Bahamas are currently experiencing both 4G and 4G LTE band issues. The tower issues are currently being repaired.
Due to an automobile accident that damaged the fiber-optic line, many BTC towers are experiencing 4g issues and are not able to connect to the internet. If you are having problems connecting to tower, please follow the following instructions.

3: In the address bar, type: 192.168.1.1 and press enter. This will take you to the Unite Manager.

5: Once you are signed in, click on "Settings" located on the left side of the screen.
6: Click on Mobile Broadband on the top of the screen.
